Our tours fill to capacity on a regular basis, especially on weekends. To assure that you get the tour and time you want book as early as you can. If something comes up, you can cancel the tour at no cost up to 72 hours before. During busy periods we sometime have extra tours so we suggest calling us in our office during those times. We will accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, however those spaces are limited.

We offer 100% refunds on all tours if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour. We do not offer refunds for any reason once we are within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.

No, our tours run rain or shine. We have ponchos available in our office.

Depending on the number of people booked , your group can have 6 to10 participants. We keep the groups small to assure a personal and safe tour. Please note that reservations for parties of more than 10 riders will be split up into separate groups.

We do not enter the museums and monuments since the Segways are so much fun! We will give you a great orientation however, and you´ll know exactly where you want to go after the tour.

Absolutely. However we recommend that you either get off your Segway or ask your guide to take your picture.

Unfortunately, we do not rent our Segways out to individuals without a guide.

All our accredited guides are Europeans who speak excellent English. The tours are conducted in English or - depending on the group make up - in English and German. Being guided by a local adds an authentic touch to your tour.

Generally training takes 20 to 30 minutes. However we take as much time as necessary to assure that everyone feels good on his/her Segway before we start the tour.

Yes. We supply helmets free of charge and require that you use them.

Children must be 12 years of age or older. If a younger child has experience riding Segways we sometimes make an exception.

Segway Vienna is ready to help you make the most of your family's vacation or company's conference. We offer private tours for all size groups. We have conducted tours that include lunch or dinner, a special route, a birthday party and can add virtually anything else that would make your trip unique for you. Corporate groups have only begun to see the potential a group Segway experience can offer. We can bring the Segways to almost any location in Vienna in order to begin and end at areas convenient to you. Multiple guides will be ready to break your team into smaller groups for training and then departure into the city. Give your colleagues an opportunity to get out of a conference room chair and into the "driver´s seat" of a Segway!
